Hand Painted Patina Shoes

Patina is the part of our work we are proudest of. Instead of dyeing leather one flat colour at the factory, we paint each pair by hand in thin translucent layers, building depth the way light builds in a photograph. Burgundy that turns almost black at the toe, greys with purple underneath, blues, greens, colours that shift as you walk. The technique made the great Paris houses famous at several times our price. Ours are welted, made to order, and painted after you order, which is why no two pairs ever match.
